The Monterey Bay and Carmel region have long been among my favorite places to visit and continue to inspire some of my most beloved work. The deep blues of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, combined with the rhythm of ocean waves and ever-changing coastal light, create paintings filled with movement, color, and energy.
The charm of the area's coastal villages, dramatic scenery, and welcoming atmosphere often emerges through joyful color palettes and expressive brushwork. These paintings seek to capture the beauty, vitality, and sense of wonder that make this extraordinary coastline so unforgettable.

Before I called the coast home, Carmel and Monterey were places I returned to again and again. Many of these paintings were created during those visits, long before I had the opportunity to live here full-time. Carmel remains one of my favorite places in the world, and I feel incredibly fortunate to now call this remarkable area home.
These works are shared as examples of a much larger body of paintings created throughout my career. Today, they reside in private collections and serve as a record of the memories, inspiration, and creative exploration behind the series. It is especially meaningful to now share the beauty, artists, and stories of these communities through my new venture launching this Fall - Art Tours by the Sea.
